"A Celebration of a Corgi"
Teddy was a gorgeous Pembroke Welsh Corgi. He came to us as a 3-year-old on my daughter's 14th birthday in Oct 2000.
A show dog quickly became a beloved pet. I soon found out that Corgis are big dogs in a small dog body, with his fluffy coat and big ears he always looked like a puppy to me. Teddy had a happiness and zest for life that was apparent in everything he did, he was bouncy and happy all the time. His greatest love other than my daughter and I was dog agility trials. Boy that little guy could jump.
We lost Teddy in a tragic accident. I could not forget this bold and faithful little dog, so I decided to share him with others. Since I had so many pictures of him doing agility, I decided to do a series of oil paintings celebrating his love of life and joy in doing agility.
Each painting is numbered and when I have run out of poses there will be no more.
So for anyone who has loved a dog with spirit, loyalty, and a purpose I present Teddy " A Celebration of A Corgi". If there is a demand photo posters can be made of the paintings. There is only one original painting of each pose
